Welcome to the Weekly Multimedia series!
Every week, I share the multimedia recommendations that I have consumed during the week.
Check them out!
Films
Barbara Walters: Tell Me Everything (2025) | Directed by Jackie Jesko
A feature documentary exploring Barbara Walters’ personal life and career in the male-dominated journalism industry from the 1950s to the late 2000s.
This was a great documentary that showcases Walters’ life. Connecting her interviews with her personal story highlights her purpose of humanizing publicly known figures, even though she can take it too directly.
Atlantis: Milo's Return (2003) | Directed by Tad Stones, Victor Cook, and Toby Shelton
The sequel to Atlantis follows Milo and his crew with Queen Kida to solve mysteries around the world tied to the existence of Atlantis.
You can tell this movie was meant to be a TV show. If it were to happen, I would have loved to see the episodes dive deeper into Atlantis.
TV series
Run for the Money (2022) | Directed by Suguru Takizawa
A four-episode series of contestants running from hunters while completing various missions to survive to win the cash prize.
It was so entertaining that I saw every episode in one sitting! They should create a new season already.
